1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed once we receive full payment. A confirmation email with your tour details will follow.

1.2 Payment Methods

• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

1.3 Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Prices include all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Cancel more than 48 hours before your tour for a full refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours for a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

2.2 Cancellation by Company

• We may cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or low bookings. In such cases, you can reschedule or get a full refund.

3. Changes to Bookings

3.1 Customer-Initiated Changes

• Request changes at least 48 hours before your tour. We’ll try to accommodate, but can’t guarantee availability.

3.2 Company-Initiated Changes

• We may need to alter itineraries due to weather, safety, or other factors. We’ll notify you of significant changes ASAP.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 Customer Responsibility

• You’re responsible for your safety and belongings during the tour. We recommend getting travel insurance.

4.2 Company Liability

• We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses during the tour. We ensure safe, professional tours, but participation is at your own risk.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Health Requirements

• Inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your tour. We’ll try to accommodate, but specialized services aren’t guaranteed.

5.2 Safety Guidelines

• Follow all safety instructions from our guides. Failure to do so may result in tour termination without a refund.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Personal Information

• We collect necessary personal information for booking and services. Your privacy is important to us, and we won’t share your info without consent.

6.2 Data Security

• We use appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Disputes will be settled in the courts of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
